We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join a team in Toronto, Ontario. In this contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support to members by addressing their inquiries related to health and welfare benefits. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries regarding health and welfare benefits.
  • Process benefit enrolments and terminations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute communications to members, retirees, and survivors about various benefit options.
  • Reconcile and monitor funding for benefits and pension coverage for members on disability programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to members navigating benefit-related decisions.
  • Analyze and address complaints or concerns to maintain high levels of member satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Previous experience in benefits administration or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and welfare benefit programs is an asset.
