To ensure we truly support our partners and customers we need to dedicate our effort to helping them understand the full benefits of Treatwell’s products and services. Therefore, the Customer Success Specialist at Treatwell is an essential part of our partner (B2B) and customer success (B2C). This position is an excellent opportunity for a client-oriented and goals-driven individual who is passionate about digitising the hair and beauty industry. Answering chats and emails as a Customer Success Specialist you will be an expert on all things Treatwell. You'll be confident in supporting and answering a range of questions, from how to use and adopt our salon software, through to experiencing a disappointing treatment. You’re highly efficient and able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have. This is a full-time hybrid role working in an international environment for at least 3 days from our lovely Vilnius office. Working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service in every communication you have Using different tools like Salesforce and live chat, keep it updated and inform the team of your communication when applicable Solve problems and facilitate productive conversations between our customers and partners Handle a high volume of inquiries with ease and confidence Adapting to multiple salon partners and supporting a designated group of partners that need your help Educating and empowering partners to adopt our SaaS by providing them with expert knowledge Creating sticky engagement and recurring revenue, making sure they understand the full benefit and adopt it Working to reduce unsuccessful partnerships by resetting partners expectations to better align with our value proposition About you Fluent in Lithuanian and English with clear, concise communication and strong verbal and written skills. Russian language would be a plus!
