We’re looking for a Customer Success Technical Specialist to guide our customers, making sure they’re set up for long-term success with IAR’s tools and services. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide first-line help with installation, licensing, and compliance.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As CSTS, you’ll handle installation support, licensing, and compliance, coordinating quick, accurate resolutions across teams, and assist onboarding for customers to keep them moving toward value.
The role sits within our Commercial Organization, partnering closely with Sales, Field Engineering and the wider support and customer operations teams: Renewals, First-Line Support, and Support Engineering (3rd line).

You’ll deliver:

  • First-line case handling: installation, licensing, and compliance with timely triage and clear communication.
  • Onboarding support: targeted help that keeps new customers moving toward value.
  • Enterprise support: trusted, personalized post-sales care in collaboration with Sales/Field Engineering.
  • Reporting & insights: concise notes and action-oriented summaries that help teams move faster.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE SEE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • 3 years in a customer-facing support role (software/SaaS ideal).
  • Experience with licensing/entitlements or similar customer access topics.
  • Solid written & verbal English; able to relay complex info clearly.
  • Comfort using ticketing/CRM tools and documenting clean handoffs.
