ABOUT THE ROLE
As CSTS, you’ll handle installation support, licensing, and compliance, coordinating quick, accurate resolutions across teams, and assist onboarding for customers to keep them moving toward value.
The role sits within our Commercial Organization, partnering closely with Sales, Field Engineering and the wider support and customer operations teams: Renewals, First-Line Support, and Support Engineering (3rd line).
