Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Platform Consultation: Assist clients in effectively utilizing the Zithara.AI platform, optimizing their CRM strategies to achieve business objectives. Product Advocacy: Educate customers on best practices, features, and updates, helping them maximize their return on investment. Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience. Skills & Experience:Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support in a SaaS-based company (preferably CRM-related). Background in B2B SaaS environments, with a focus on CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement strategies. Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions using Zithara.AI. Client-Centric Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to take ownership of customer accounts and drive customer success post-sales. High empathy and problem-solving mindset to foster trust and collaboration. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, client-friendly insights.
