Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to onboard new customers and help them succeed with WickedFile. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for clients, guiding them through setup, training, and everyday use of our platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and onboard new customers, providing step-by-step training on WickedFile features
  • Answer client questions and troubleshoot issues in a friendly, professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and track onboarding progress
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback
