Te Tūranga | About the Role At Silver Fern Farms, our Customer & Supplier Experience Representatives play a critical role in bringing our purpose to life. As part of our Customer & Supplier Experience Hub, you’ll be a key point of contact for our farmer suppliers, customers, and internal teams. You’ll anticipate needs, resolve queries, and provide high-quality service across phone, email, and digital platforms. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with livestock and operational teams, maintain accurate supplier information, support digital tools, and help ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. What You’ll Be Doing Provide professional, timely support via phone and email Deliver outstanding first-contact resolution for supplier and customer queries Proactively support livestock teams with account, booking, and enquiry management Maintain accurate supplier data and records within CRM systems Support and promote supplier digital platforms and online tools Work collaboratively within the Hub to continuously improve service and communication Ōu Pūkenga | About You You’ll Bring: Experience in customer service, contact centre, or customer-facing support roles A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills Clear, confident written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and comfort working with systems and data Ability to prioritise, multitask, and take ownership of enquiries A team-first attitude and desire to learn and grow Te Ahurea | Why Work at Silver Fern Farms Silver Fern Farms are all about Creating Goodness from the Farms the World Needs.
