Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of three direct reports
  • Managing end-to-end supply chain operations for Iceland and Co-Op
  • Collaborating with supply chain partners to optimise service levels and cost efficiency
  • Driving forecast accuracy, stock availability and on-shelf presence
  • Supporting Joint Business Plans and promotional execution
  • Championing Warburtons’ values and embedding best-in-class supply chain practices
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
