Responsibilities

The Customer Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product flow from the KP manufacturing and warehouse sites to the store shelves of our customers. You will be the liaison between sales and supply planning teams to ensuring that orders arrive on time and accurately fulfilled.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager on the development of the customer success specialist that are assigned to the corresponding customer group
  • Source and share information with sales and customers related to order status, inventory location, and future production
  • Updating and maintaining forecast on a weekly and monthly basis, including analysis with sales manager approval.
  • Maintain regular communication with their customer’s supply chain personnel to promote regular flow information, problem solve carrier or supply issues, and build rapport
  • Track, update and maintain orders in SAP IBP, Navisphere and Fourkites software. Address any major supply interruption in a timely manner.
  • Manage promotional volume and order deployment process, including special packs, new distribution, in/outs, and seasonal items.
  • Collaborate with the customer supply chain contacts to strive for the “perfect order”
  • Identify opportunities to maintain an appropriate safety stock and push volume through review of inventory and order patterns
  • Communicate with Distribution departments regarding product allocation, loading priorities, and change of delivery dates
  • Drive efficiencies throughout the customer supply chain and identifying potential cost savings opportunities
