About the role Join Treasury Wine Estates as a Customer Supply Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring our wines reach customers efficiently and on time. Working across sales, planning, warehousing and logistics, you'll manage inventory, customer replenishment and order fulfilment while identifying opportunities to improve processes, deliver exceptional service and support business growth. * Manage inventory and finished goods availability across customer accounts * Coordinate order fulfilment and resolve supply and delivery issues * Maintain accurate product and stock information across customer portals * Partner with sales, planning, logistics and customer service teams to ensure accurate end-to-end services * Support customer replenishment, allocations and stock optimisation * Analyse data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities * Contribute to DTC operations and assist during promotional demand peaks About you You're a proactive and commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and improving processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently influence others and bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do. * Experience in supply chain, replenishment, customer operations or logistics * FMCG, liquor, beverage or retail industry experience preferred * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data * Experience using ERP, planning or replenishment systems (e.g. JDE, Blue Yonder) * A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving ability · Self-motivated, adaptable and quick to build effective relationships The Supply Way "Our Supply Brand Vision is to be the custodians of TWE's present and future, and the partner of choice for our divisions, customers and suppliers.
