WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, telephone and administration skills, good computer skills with a high level of attention to detail are essential, understand the receiving of customer complaints/enquiries through to completion. The suitable candidate should enjoy working within a fast-paced office/warehouse manufacturing environment.
You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small but busy team, and can learn quickly and multi-task.
Receiving customer complaints/enquiries via email and telephone and dealing with them accordingly, covering other roles in the office to cover for absences. Able to navigate our software systems, using Business Micro, Window Designer and Door Builder software
Experience in working within a Door and Window manufacturing business previously would be advantageous but not essential as full training using our systems will be given.
