As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Support Coordinator to join our passionate team and help drive the day-to-day operational success. This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking someone who can join us immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (Unleashed experience preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on data and identify problems.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Processing: Manage and accurately process customer orders using Unleashed (or similar system) and ensure that all orders are correctly entered and sent to customers via our accounting software.
  • Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful analysis and regular reports on supply chain operations, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Production Monitoring & Reporting: Track production output, provide detailed reports to management, and ensure that operations are running on schedule.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer queries, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided with timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers: Work with account managers to resolve any production-related issues impacting customer orders and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Process Improvement Support: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to order processing, supply chain systems, and production reporting.
