We are currently recruiting for an Customer Support administrator/Planner to support our Planning department. We are a small and friendly planning team responsible for scheduling and booking all customer appointments to investigate and repair water leaks on customers water supply pipes based in our lovely remote farm location in Horspath, Oxford.
We are looking for a strong communicator , flexible in approach, and a good team player who can either complete a job share part-time or work full time.
Key activities include but not limited to; Call handling, letter writing, raising jobs onto our database, gatekeeping, assisting the planning team in making appointments, monitoring email inboxes.
Ideally you will have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills with great attention to detail.
