Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills? We’re working with a leading organisation in the Lancing area who are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their busy and friendly Service Support Team on a 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple customer needs with accuracy and empathy.

Answering incoming customer calls and emails relating to service breakdowns
Logging service jobs and assigning them to relevant field engineers
Booking service visits and follow-up appointments with customers
Providing first-line technical support to resolve minor issues over the phone
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database
Liaising with engineers and team leaders to ensure efficient resolution of issues
General administration tasks to support the wider service and customer care department
