  • Rate of pay - Hourly rate of £13.
  • Location – 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR
  • Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. May-Jun months your schedule will be between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday to accommodate peak times.
  • Full time training provided.

In this role you will manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and live chats, supporting schools, exam markers & families of students. You will respond to a variety of customer service enquires – offering clear information, guidance, and reassurance across multiple channels. Using available resources and professional approach, you will aim to resolve queries effectively, escalating issues when needed.
