THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor (CSA) to join our frontline support team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the essential link between our customers, engineers, and wider business ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and professional.

· Own the customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls and emails.
· Take ownership of technical issues, providing first-line support to resolve service problems swiftly and avoid unnecessary engineer callouts.
· Support field-based account managers with timely and accurate administrative assistance.
· Accurately identify customer needs through active listening and clear, empathetic communication.
· Deliver practical, customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints, taking accountability for identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
· Make proactive outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships and gather actionable feedback.
· Liaise confidently with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries with speed and precision.
· Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
