No towing or dispatch experience? No problem — we provide full training and support to help you build your skills and confidence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At the heart of our work is a commitment to safety, well-being, and community support. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line when someone needs help. You’ll gather information, offer support, and make sure the right help gets to the right place.
After gaining experience and training, you’ll have the chance to take on Dispatcher responsibilities, coordinating field teams and making quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
We operate 24/7, and this is a shift-based position, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. To get started, you’ll need to be available for daytime training during the first few weeks.
