We are seeking an office-based Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth, pleasant experience for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. You will work onsite in our office, collaborating closely with colleagues and assisting customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

· Deliver a high-quality helpdesk service to FlexManager customers, ensuring each query is handled from start to satisfactory resolution.
· Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, following company procedures.
· Provide solutions and advice to meet customer requirements.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other teams.
· Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
· Process incoming customer requests via our in-house system.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
· Stay informed of product updates and procedural changes.
· Comply with data protection laws.
· Collaborate with team members to support each other across all aspects of the role.
· Assist in system implementations when required.
