Your Daily activities as a Customer Support Agent will be: Client support (Phone, Chat, Email) Checking website content Content translations Control the pending applications Request documents from the clients Resolve tasks from the Compliance department Retention Cross-sell Upsell Additional tasks from Team Lead Requirements: Willingness to work with clients Willingness to work in French working hours (9 am - 8 pm EET) English language B2 and higher French language C1-C2 or native PC and MS Office knowledge Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory) We are glad to offer: Meaningful and impactful role within a regulated global fintech company. Responsibilities

The agent will be responsible for providing client support via phone, chat, and email, which includes checking website content and handling content translations. Daily activities also involve managing pending applications, requesting documents from clients, and resolving tasks assigned by the Compliance department, alongside cross-selling and upselling efforts.
