Your Daily activities as a Customer Support Agent will be: Client support (Phone, Chat, Email) Checking website content Content translations Control the pending applications Request documents from the clients Resolve tasks from the Compliance department Retention Cross-sell Upsell Additional tasks from Team Lead Requirements: Willingness to work with clients Willingness to work in French working hours (9 am - 8 pm EET) English language B2 and higher French language C1-C2 or native PC and MS Office knowledge Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory) We are glad to offer: Meaningful and impactful role within a regulated global fintech company.
