Description
An International Forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Import Agent. • Check and handle shipping documents (Invoice, Packing Lists., etc.) • Input shipment data into internal systems • Assist with tracking cargo and reporting status updates • Arranging Customs clearance and delivery • Processing of payment for import charge and generating invoices to customers by utilizing our system • Communicate with shipping companies, truckers and the various branches within the company (under guidance) Logistics experience is welcome but not required. • Communication skills • PC Skills with Word, Excel, Power point etc • Skills to manage transportation schedules • Accuracy in data entry Japanese - business level
Responsibilities
The Customer Support Agent will check and handle shipping documents, input shipment data into internal systems, and assist with tracking cargo. They will also arrange customs clearance and delivery, process payments for import charges, and communicate with various stakeholders.
