How your day will look like From 17:30 to 00:00, you'll take over the day shift's support duties. You'll usually work from home, but sometimes you'll all enjoy a cozy evening together at the office. Together, you'll answer customer questions and discuss solutions to situations, as you can't rely on other departments working during the day. You'll be the point of contact and a face for our customers during the evenings. Your Profile Really, all we ask of you is a healthy dose of enthusiasm and drive, nothing more. We'll teach you everything. How does DNS work? What exactly is a VPS? How do I set up my email on my phone? You don't need any of this knowledge before working with us, but you'll gain it with us anyway. A real desire to learn! Fluency in Dutch Affinity for IT? That's it! Available 18 hours per week in the evenings, Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Ideally, during the first month, you'll also work during the day for onboarding; this can also be done on other weekdays.
