This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional with 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support (casino) and KYC, who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for the Swedish Market, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries. The role offers a salary of €26-28K, depending on experience. Responsibilities Handle incoming queries in Swedish and Englishvia email and live chat Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner Perform KYC document checks Work closely with AML and RG teams Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements Requirements 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication Fluent in English, written and spoken Experience working with the SGA Understanding of basic KYC procedures Strong computer literacy Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable Good communication and listening skills Able to work independently and as part of a team About the role Salary of €26-28K depending on experience Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts) Office-based in Sliema, Malta Fun company events Note: iGaming experience and native-level Swedish are non-negotiable for this role.
