We are currently building a talent pool of multilingual customer support agents based in Germany to support upcoming client projects. Tasks As a Customer Support Agent, you will help companies deliver excellent customer experiences by assisting their customers through multiple communication channels. Support channels may include: Email Chat Phone (inbound and outbound) This is a fully remote role suited for individuals who enjoy helping customers and communicating across different languages and cultures. Please note: Native or professional proficiency in at least one European language is mandatory for this role. Responsibilities Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone (inbound & outbound) Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary Maintain accurate records in customer support systems Contribute to improving overall customer experience Requirements Based in Germany with valid work authorization Basic to good English communication skills We are particularly interested in candidates fluent in one or more of the following languages: German French Spanish Italian Portuguese Dutch Polish Czech Slovak Hungarian Romanian Bulgarian Greek Danish Swedish Norwegian Finnish Croatian Slovenian Serbian Bosnian Montenegrin Macedonian Albanian Lithuanian Latvian Estonian Icelandic Irish (Gaeilge) Maltese Luxembourgish Russian Ukrainian Turkish 1-3 years of Customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong communication skills and language proficiency are encouraged to apply. Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat Familiarity with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote environment Work Model Support assignments may vary depending on project demand: 10–20 hours per week Up to 40 hours per week for larger projects (team-based support) Projects often begin with a short pilot period, with the possibility of extended collaboration depending on client needs.
