Position Title: Customer Support Agent
Job Type: Freelance
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT/UTC) Weekday with either Saturday or Sunday as mandatory

Responsibilities:

Inbound Phone

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone during the specified hours.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Document common customer concerns and contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.

Email

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Email platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working during non-traditional hours.

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
