Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-paced, international financial services environment. This role is fully on-site and focuses on delivering high-quality support to both new leads and existing clients across multiple communication channels, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and a consistently positive client experience.
