  Customer Support Analyst - Temp Only Temporary - 3-4 months Are you organized, customer service driven, and adaptable? Do you enjoy multi-tasking and problem solving? U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Support Analyst who excels at managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional client support. In this role, you’ll serve as a liaison between the company and clients/customers for our Remote Depo platform and similar offerings, including Live Litigation and WebEx. If you possess these qualities, consider joining our legal service team! ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution • Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed • Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions as needed • Maintain extensive knowledge of remote tools, including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools • Work with clients to resolve issues while ensuring all services are conducted with integrity and professionalism REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT TASKS: • Create and send Remote Deposition links • Stay up to date on scheduling changes and standing orders, making appropriate adjustments to all Remote proceeding links • Assign videographers to remote and in-person proceedings in selected regions ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred • Litigation or legal industry experience a plus * Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Teams * Tech experience a plus * Strong customer services skills  * Work in office position ----------------------------------------
