REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
Physically fit and capable of handling a physically demanding role (lifting, moving stock, standing for long periods).
Good computer skills and ability to manage customer communications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a dual role combining hands-on warehouse duties with customer support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while also assisting customers with queries to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch with a high level of accuracy.
Receiving, checking, and organising stock deliveries.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
Assisting with stock counts and inventory management.
Responding to customer enquiries via email or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Supporting customers with order queries, returns, and general product information.
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
