JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant (CSA) on a 6 month fixed term to join our team to be the main point of support contact for our customers leading up to and post their migration to our new learning management system (LMS). Ensuring customers are aware of their upcoming migration, ensuring that customers can access the LMS post migration and that they understand where they can find support.
Engaging in both active outbound contact and reactive inbound calls and emails this role will impact over 5,400 customers and ensure a seamless transition while maintaining high service levels. The CSA will host customer webinars on specific ‘how to’ topics providing our customers with support on how to use their new LMS.
You should be experienced in Customer Service and have a passion for people, be extremely well organised and have excellent telephone and administrative skills. Full training on our systems will be given, and the CSA will need to become technically proficient in navigating and demonstrating our platform.
