JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the execution of administrative tasks related to dealer management, customer service, and quality control. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service to our partners and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales operations
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and quality control procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
