Responsibilities

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, ON-CAMPUS ROLE BASED AT THE CAMPERDOWN CAMPUS, IN THE DARLING BUILDING (GROUND FLOOR RECEPTION).

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Work within a dynamic team environment, reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer (Logistics)
  • provide administrative support to set up and maintain teaching and learning spaces (includes ensuring AV is working and teaching room supplies are stocked)
  • provide general customer support to students and facilitators (phone, chat, email, in-person)
  • assist with formatting and editing course documents in line with brand guidelines
  • undertake ad-hoc activities as per business requirements.
