To continue our mission, we are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our German speaking customers. You can work either from our office in Hamburg or from your home office and will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and assisting with questions from users regarding our numerous deliveries with our partners.

Responsibilities

THIS POSITION IS A PART-TIME ROLE (32 HOURS A MONTH), MEANING YOU WOULD WORK ONE DAY A WEEK (8H) AND APPROX. 4 DAYS A MONTH. THE HOURLY SALARY IS 13.50€

This position requires you to have a valid working and living permit!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Monitor daily deliveries as part of our Customer Support Team
  • Support users of our delivery service and respond to calls, emails, or chats regarding questions or issues
  • Document any issues and forward them accordingly
  • Support the operational business
