We are looking to hire a Customer Support Associate who will help us continue our contributions to our customers.
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and driven individual to our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this Customer Support Associate role, you will not only become a product expert for our clients but also play a vital role in maintaining relationships, driving sales, and contributing to our continued success. In this role, you will be able to properly explain our wireless services to customers and be able to upgrade their devices and/or troubleshoot their current service provider to be able to transfer their carrier. By transferring customers to AT&T, the Customer Support Associate will have to be informative and knowledgeable on offers to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the benefits and features of our products to customers through presentations designed to address and resolve customer services
  • Generate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers and actively listening
  • Process the carrier transfer or upgrade of service for all customers; this includes processing the sales order, completing all necessary account information, and following up that the customer has received their order
  • Address any concerns promptly and professionally to maintain the highest level of customer service to foster long-term relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize client penetration
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other Customer Support Associate members to share service insights, feedback, and refine strategies to increase satisfaction

Customer Support Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual is a plus for this role
  • Communication skills and the ability to clearly present information
  • Solution-oriented attitude when faced with challenges or obstacles
  • Self motivated with a positive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed
