SUMMARY OF POSITION

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our passionate sales and marketing team. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of both our strategic and independent account customers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of National Accounts, you’ll focus on two key responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Working with our strategic account team to ensure seamless operations and superior customer service.
  • Inside Sales Management: Managing the sales cycle for independent and regional accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales support, administration, or inside sales.
  • Strong customer-focus with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Team player with a willingness to pitch in and support others.
  • Positive, motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an instinctive sense of urgency
