About the Role Barker’s is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for: Processing customer sales orders and work orders in internal systems Communicating order status and delivery timelines to customers Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, including Certificates of Analysis Logging and managing customer complaints, and coordinating with Quality for resolution Collecting and updating customer sales forecasts monthly Monitoring stock levels and generating reports to support S&OP meetings Maintaining accurate pricing and product data Supporting new product launches and deletions, communicating timelines to customers Assisting the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager with data analysis, and customer communications · Prepare and automate monthly/quarterly sales KPI reporting and insights to support monthly S&OP and quarterly sales reviews. · Maintain and improve sales data dashboards, identifying trends and issues to support decision-making.
