Description

For our business unit in Austria, we are looking for a committed and responsible Customer Support - Billing Specialist who will take full responsibility for the timely and accurate invoice preparation of our service orders. How You Will Approach Your Role With passion and precision, you will process our service orders on time by independently preparing invoices, monitoring orders in the ERP system, and acting as a creative link between teams to optimize processes and exceed our commercial goals. How You Will Do It Independently prepare outgoing invoices according to the agreed pricing structure. Proactively monitor orders in the ERP system to ensure efficient billing. Maintain up-to-date master data (customer data, price lists). Act as an interface between Controlling, Service Coordinators, and Team Leaders to optimize processes. Ensure audit-proof documentation and drive continuous improvement of billing workflows.
