We are currently seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our Defence Centre team. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and following up on cases related to Financial Crime Prevention for our end customers. Working alongside other consultants, your main objective will be to prioritize quality and efficiency in daily operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Section, your primary focus will be on providing excellent service to our customers.
