We are looking for an upbeat person to be the face/voice of Crest Foods for a portion of our customer base. Our account coordinators need to be good at multitasking as they manage all customer relations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter orders on time and accurately
• Keep the customer updated on any changes to their order or their account
• Onboard new customers
• Understand customer’s needs and take quick action to initiate solutions
• Process customer invoices daily; AS400, EDI and SAP
• Create formal letters in Word and distribute to the Customer and Sales Department
• Create and validate Customer sales reports in Excel using pivot tables
• Communicate effectively with internal departments through the entire order cycle - from order placement to delivery

Core Competencies:

• Customer Service or Administrative Experience 1-3 years (required)
• GED equivalent (required) - Associates (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs (required)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be very detail oriented
• The ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team atmosphere
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
