As a key member of our Customer Support team, you’ll take ownership of the full customer order lifecycle — from order entry through to delivery. Your mission: ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and an exceptional customer experience.

  • Accurately input and process orders using SAP
  • Liaise with customers via email and phone to resolve queries and provide updates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure delivery in full and on time (DIFOT)
  • Manage product returns, claims, and shipment bookings
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
  • Support with general admin where neede
