JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Support Coordinator – Manufacturing & Sales Support serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk. This role goes beyond traditional duties by incorporating outbound customer outreach, ERP data management, and a working knowledge of manufacturing business practices. The ideal candidate is actively engaged, comfortable with cold calling, and capable of supporting multiple departments by bridging customer interaction, administrative functions, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Make outbound cold calls to promote aftermarket parts, upgrades, and service campaigns; qualify leads and schedule follow-ups.
  • Enter and update customer data, orders, and service requests in the ERP system; run and distribute basic reports.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and sales teams to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist with administrative and marketing tasks including quotes, documentation, and campaign support.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in front desk, customer engagement, and administrative workflows.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day front desk and administrative activities.
  • Support sales outreach through outbound calling and customer engagement.
  • Maintain ERP and CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail.
