POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing Canada-based team. This role is critical in supporting our expansion in the Canadian and U.S. markets and serves as a key link between our customers, internal departments, and overseas manufacturing sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and lead times.
· Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
· Experience working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and production teams.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
