This dynamic business with global reach and a local focus, provides customer focused solutions ranging from the supply of an engine, through to turn-key installation of multi-engine power plants and works with customers across diverse sectors including mining, water, agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing and cogeneration for commercial buildings. We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Customer Support Coordinator to join our Spare Parts team, playing a key role in managing customer enquiries, process sales orders, and coordinate the despatch of parts for our customer base across the South Pacific region. About the Role Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing customer interactions from initial enquiry through to invoice despatch Preparing accurate and timely sales quotes, including pricing and stock availability Identifying and sourcing spare parts to meet customer requirements Generating reports on customer orders and stock availability. What You’ll Bring Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central Knowledge of international import, export, and logistics processes Familiarity with gas and diesel engine components (desirable) Strong communication skills and proficiency in SharePoint, Word and Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
