Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO…

  • Maintain relationships with existing customer base and develop new relationships as the business grows and develops into emerging markets.
  • Understand customer requirements for all on-going projects and lead delivery in accordance with expectations.
  • Professional communication between the customer and Howden, ensuring response and action is provided in a timely fashion.
  • Report to Management on Sales and Margin performance, highlighting opportunities and risks associated with all periodic targets.
  • Support our customer base on repair activity, warranty claims and complaints.
  • Work closely with the New Build value streams to maintain awareness of and help to coordinate upcoming field service requirements.
  • Project execution and on-time delivery of assigned spares business responsibilities.
  • Focal point for Engineering activities associated with commissioning and spare parts (SPIR) enquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and policies required to support and grow the business
