Job Description ATEXIS offers direct technical support to the airlines' engineering department in cases of failures reported during aircraft maintenance or operation, proposing specific solutions for each type of issue. Support is provided on remote from ATEXIS facilities in Spain, with secure VPN connection to customer network & tools. What will you learn? Send confirmation of receipt of the enquiry within 24 hours Meet proposed deadlines according to the criticality of the problem Provide technical support based on approved technical documentation Identify potential downstream impacts on technical documentation Management of airworthiness approved repairs (RDAF) Operational risk assessment (OCC) Qualifications Technical skills: - Knowledge in electrical systems (wiring diagrams,system logics, etc…) -Be familiar with consulting Mechanical drawings -Knowledge of Airbus tools such as: AirnavX, TechRequest, SAP, SDM+, etc would be a plus -Knowledge of Airbus documentation such as: IPC, CMM, TSM, ASM, CCOM would be a plus -Knowledge of RDAF process would be a plus -Understanding of the cabin systems and nomenclature would be a plus (lights, CIDS, Smoke Detection, Emergency Equipment, Slides, Seats) Soft skills: -Able to perform under pressure -Good knowledge of English (very important) - C1 Level expected -Proactive in solving problems and taking action -Capable of having a costumer oriented mindset.
