The Customer Support Engineer (IT) – Technology Business will be responsible for providing technical and customer support services for premium technology products and solutions across Iraq. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating service requests, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The incumbent will manage customer communication, coordinate with service engineers for call assignments, support invoicing and payment follow-ups, maintain service documentation, and contribute to customer engagement initiatives while ensuring smooth service operations for the Technology Business. Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in customer support, IT support, technical service coordination, or helpdesk operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry. • Good understanding of handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently. • Ability to attend customer calls, prioritize service requests, and coordinate with engineers for timely resolution. • Strong customer service orientation with focus on maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous communication and follow-ups. • Experience in preparing commercial offers, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining service-related documentation. • Ability to generate customer leads and create product or service awareness through customer interaction and telemarketing activities. • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. • Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with IT services or technology support environments is preferred. • Ability to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain positive customer relationships.
