PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH HIGH-QUALITY SUPPORT

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, acting as their single point of contact. Through your technical knowledge, you will be providing support on issues independently, while seeking knowledge from specialized colleagues on more complex matters.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from customers about all Kamstrup’s products, services, and solutions
  • Screening issues, prioritizing tasks, and identifying critical incidents to escalate cases when necessary
  • Clarifying the scope of issues and defining requests for services, bug fixes, and optimization opportunities
  • Train customers and colleagues in Kamstrup’s systems, services, and applications
  • Help develop and maintain our internal systems and processes

As a person, you are highly responsible and enjoy running with your own tasks, which can vary both in quantity but also in complexity. While you enjoy solving your tasks on your own, you also thrive in a highly collaborative environment, where you value sparring with your colleagues when they need it, to help them succeed as well. We imagine that you are an experienced user of the Microsoft suite – primarily Outlook, while it will also be an advantage if you have experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.

To succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Have an educational background as a Data Technician, Global Business Engineer, or similar
  • Experience from a customer-oriented role such as sales, customer support, or technical support
  • Thrive in an outgoing role with many points of contact, both internally and externally
  • Are naturally curious, and enjoy solving complex tasks, while keeping the focus on the customer’s needs
  • Can easily acquire new technical knowledge and translate it into understandable actions for customers

We primarily support Swedish-speaking customers, but you will also be seeking help from international colleagues and occasionally support English speaking customers. Therefore, it is a requirement that you master both Swedish and English.
