Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking
Customer Support Executive to be the frontline of customer support, assisting customers with technical issues related to solar systems. The position would be based here in Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan. This is a
full-time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary, pension, healthcare and additional benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide remote assistance to resolve issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our internal ticketing system.
  • Work closely with product manufacturers, engineers, and installation teams to resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and functionality of solar products
