Description
This role involves handling customer inquiries, participating in pricing strategies, customer relationships, account management, market trend analysis, and contract management. The role is also played as an important function in assisting with various commercial activities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team. Assist the Commercial Manager in daily commercial operations and administrative tasks including managing customer relationships and addressing any issues or concerns. Establish competitive pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. This support to provide insights to the Commercial Manager. Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Assist in preparing commercial reports, presentations, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with contracts and market fluctuations. Work closely with the APAC Product Sales and Support manager to align regional strategies and ensure cohesive execution of commercial initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Aerospace MRO sector to drive growth. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make necessary adjustments. In the absence of the Commercial Manager, incumbent will be overseeing all commercial functions to ensure seamless operations Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer support role within the Aerospace MRO industry. Applicants from other MNC industries are welcome to apply. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems such as Oracle is highly regarded. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Proficiency in Power BI is highly valued for effective data analysis and visualization. Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communication skills Ability to anticipate market changes and adapt strategies accordingly. Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations. Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing strategies. Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing complex process.
