Responsibilities

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in helping with customer queries and training, maintaining a reputation for excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Functional and technical customer support over telephone, email, and chat, including ticket/incident management
  • Manage customer queries through to resolution
  • Hardware (tablet) set up and troubleshooting
  • Support management and coordination with the offshore team
  • Help to test issues on the system, identify bugs and raise JIRA tickets
