Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Support Executive to provide on-time support for existing and potential customers in pipeline, via online, for businesses across Middle-East. The ideal candidate will have knowledge on business IT or Accounting principles or used ERP or similar software in the past. He/She will be a quick learner, good listener, understand the problems of customer well, ability to build strong client relationships, and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer support calls: Understand customer problems, work with backend team and timely response and resolution as per Service Level Agreement.
Customer communication: Use modern communication tools to communicate with customer. Write professional E-mails
Onsite support: Product demonstrations and Presentations for high-quality leads generated by sales team at locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Follow-up & Track Progress: Maintain regular contact with potential clients, addressing their queries, and following up on leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Languages: Proficiency in both English is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge in either of ERP, Accounting, Business IT like Sage, Tally or other ERP will be a plus
Education: A basic undergraduate degree is required (any discipline).
Experience: 1-5 years.
