About the role The Customer Support Executive will manage customer contracts, billing & payments, taxation support as well as assistance on administrative work and Sales team. This role will work on building and improving invoicing and taxation flows, etc., and further support to accelerate our business development. Duties & Responsibilities Data administration Track and manage contracts and sales records Remind and Follow-up Sales team the expiration date of each contract Contract preparing, amendments and follow-up Clearly understand the content and terms of each contract of the client Prepare & send contract renewal invoices to customer (Contract Renewal & other optional features usage) Invoice & Payment operations Invoice processing for China market clients Account reconciliation and check payment Liaising with internal staff & external customers on invoicing and issuing Fapiao Follow up with customers on overdue payment promptly Provide update AR collected & AR overdue and communicate with stakeholders and head office Clarify the process of overseas payment transactions Contact suppliers for getting required information when it’s needed Establish active communication between suppliers and our operation team Others Complete administrative & tasks to assist sales / operation team File the information of companies we cooperate with, filing letters & Bank statements etc. Ad hoc duties pertaining to the above Qualifications & Experience more than 1+ years experiences of accounting or sales support (AR; billing, quotation / Fapiao creation, order-related work, contract preparation etc.) in the SaaS industry or restaurant or hotel Documentation Skill-set, Proficiency at Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and other office software skills Strength in chasing / managing account receivables (invoicing process, payment cycle with customer) Governmental knowledge, follow-ups Language skills Chinese Native Language Fluent English verbal & written communication skills Conditions & Work Environment Position Type: Full time (Probation : 3 months) Salary : Depending on the candidate's skillset, experience Working hours: 9:00〜18:00 Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and China's national holidays Location LinGang office, Shanghai (China) (Nearest Metro Station : Dishui Lake Station)
